Shipping Policy

Shipping to most governorates in Egypt is 60 EGP
Shipping takes from 3 to 5 working days.

Refund Policy

At Gofash, we always aim to make sure you’re satisfied with your purchase.

If the item doesn’t suit you for any reason, you can return or exchange it under the following conditions:

🔄 Exchange:

You can request an exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags and receipt).
Exchange can be for the same item in a different size/color or another item of equal value.

↩️ Return:

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
Refunds will be issued through the same payment method used, excluding shipping fees (if applicable).

❌ Non-returnable/Non-exchangeable items:

Items that are worn or washed.
Sale or discounted items (unless defective).

🚚 Shipping:

Customers cover the shipping cost for returns or exchanges unless the item has a manufacturing defect.

لو المنتج مش مناسبك لأي سبب، تقدر تستبدله أو ترجعه وفق الشروط التالية:

🔄 الاستبدال:

تقدر تستبدل المنتج خلال 14 يوم من تاريخ الاستلام.
لازم يكون المنتج بحالته الأصلية (ما اتلبسش، ما اتغسلش، ومعاه التاج والفاتورة).
الاستبدال بيكون لنفس المنتج بمقاس/لون مختلف أو منتج تاني بقيمة مساوية.

↩️ الاسترجاع:

تقدر ترجّع المنتج خلال 14 أيام من تاريخ الاستلام.
بنرجّع الفلوس بنفس وسيلة الدفع اللي تم بيها الشراء، بعد خصم مصاريف الشحن (إن وُجدت).

❌ منتجات لا يمكن استبدالها أو استرجاعها:

المنتجات المستعملة أو المغسولة.
العروض الخاصة أو المنتجات المخفضة (إلا لو فيها عيب تصنيع).

🚚 الشحن:

العميل بيتحمل تكلفة الشحن في حالة الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع إلا في حالة وجود عيب تصنيع.
